Chase Young State Farm is an excellent insurance agency. They are always polite and helpful, not to mention mindful of both my time and my money. With them, I can rest easy knowing that they strive to give me the best rate possible and that they will be there in case anything happens.

Every time I call I reach a person (during business hours of course), and they either have the answer or are prompt to find it. Chase and his team reach out regularly to ensure all needs are met, without reaching out too much when you don't need it. I have had a poor experience with another agent in the past so was hesitant to go back to State Farm, but Chase and his team have done everything in their power to ensure a smooth transition and excellent customer service.
